Level Seven Hints

Mummification

In this final level, you must determine the correct steps for embalming the Pharaoh’s body.

This is a logic puzzle that requires knowledge of the Egyptian embalming process.

Fly to the left and enter the now completed Valley temple at the river’s edge.

1. Click on the darkened entrance way to move into the building.
2. Click on the light at the end of the hall to enter the Embalming Room.
3. After the introduction, click on the head of the Pharaoh to zoom in.
4. Click on the red hook to pick it up.
5. Click the hook on the nostril of the Pharaoh to slide it in.
6. Slide the hook all the way out to extract pieces of the brain.
7. Click to drop the brain pieces in the gray bowl.
8. Repeat the process 4 times in each nostril. Take care to get all the pieces. There are some pieces deep inside.
9. After the Priest’s speech, click on the knife on the foreground table.
10. Give the knife to the Surgical Assistant. After he cuts the Pharaoh, he will be forced to exit.
11. Click on the tongs on the table to move to the next step.
12. After the Priest’s speech, scroll down to the Pharaoh’s body.
13. Click on the tongs on the table to pick them up, then click the tongs on the incision in the Pharaoh’s side.
14. Move the tongs within the body to remove the 4 organs. Take care not to remove the heart.
15. As you remove each organ, place each it on the table.
16. Once you have removed all four organs, give the Priest the proper organ according to which jar he has opened. Note that the order by which he picks up the jars is random.

The lungs go in the Canopic jar depicting a Baboon.
The liver goes in the Canopic jar depicting a Human.
The intestines go in the Canopic jar depicting a Falcon.
The stomach goes in the Canopic jar depicting a Jackal.

17. When you are done, set the tongs down on the table, and click on the down arrow uto back out to the main screen.
18. The assistant will then stuff the body with natron, and then cover The body in natron which will cause the body to dry up.
19. Now, click on the first roll of linen on the table, and begin wrapping the body by clicking the roll on the feet.
20. Continue the wrapping by clicking on the next roll, and resuming at the point where the wrapping ended. Continue 3 times, until the entire body is wrapped.
21. Click on the bucket of resin, and then click the brush on the body to coat the mummy with resin.
22. When finished, place the brush in the bucket.
23. Pick up the green scarab amulet on the table and click the amulet on the body.
24. Repeat the entire wrapping and resin process a second time.
When the mummification is complete, take the scroll from the Priest, and leave the chamber. Move back to the Isis symbol outside to return to Virtual Flight. Return to the Hall of the Guardians and place the final scroll on the wall.

Congratulations!

You have now completed all seven levels and will be allowed to explore the treasures of the tomb.

Be warned, however!

Do not place any items from the Pharaoh’s treasures in your inventory, or else . . .

. . . you will suffer the wrath of the ancient ones!
